No. Gen-5 is a continuous, mass-flow platform. We digitally measure the mass flow of cement, water, and admixtures, compare to target, and auto-correct in real time. Volumetric systems infer flow from volume; we measure mass directly for tighter tolerances.

We log data every second and by 1-gallon increments. For context:
- ~7 m³ (one drum): ~14 data points (batch). Gen-5: ~1,700 one-gal batches ≈ 42,000 data points.
- 45 m³ (≈6 drums): 85 points (batch). Gen-5: ~11,000 one-gal batches ≈ 252,000 points.
- 550 m³ (≈79 drums): 1,100 points (batch). Gen-5: ~138,000 one-gal batches ≈ 3.3M points.
We calculate ingredient flow by mass using: M = ρ × A × v × Cv (density × area × velocity × volume concentration). Measuring mass (not just volume) tightens control of cement content and w/c ratio.
Gen-5 runs closed-loop feedback: it detects deviation and auto-corrects dosing within seconds—no “chasing the mix.”
Four admixtures are standard; upgradeable to six. Low/high-flow options, individually metered and logged per second.
